Throughout the United States, Next Door Company sells through qualified door and hardware Distributors and other types of Resellers, and therefore does not sell directly to General Contractors. Resellers and Distributors offer General Contractors value-added services by packaging and coordinating doors, frames, hardware and other division 8 products; and Distributors/Resellers are typically familiar with local codes. The South Florida commercial construction market is an exception. In South East Florida where our manufacturing facility is located, Next Door sells through its affiliated distribution company; typically for projects located within the four county area – Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe.
